We are proud to use Heating Green infrared panels for our heated classroom. Of course, not all classes are hot. You can enjoy a myriad of classes in our sanctuary knowing that our studio has been cleaned and prepared for you using natural products and essential oils.

Angel Griffin, a therapist by day, bought the studio in early 2022. Her vision for it to be a healing place for everybody in Forsyth, Dawson and Lumpkin county. Today, we are a thriving studio with talented instructors from all backgrounds and all counties. We welcome you home!
