Beginner friendly flow. In this class, strengthen and stabilize core and hip. Students practice proper posture alignment. The class begins with modifications and builds to demanding yoga sequences.

Ease & Release

A beginner friendly yin class with long static holds, dimmed lights and relaxing ground-based movement. Don’t be fooled, this class will work you and increase your flexibility. Depending on the teacher, there may be an introduction to myofascial release techniques and trigger pointing of Traditional Chinese Medicine meridian points.

Slow Flow

Move like honey in an invigorating full-body flow. Build stability with slow movements and explore yoga postures and fundamental principles of yoga.

This class is set to inspiring tunes with a foundation-building yoga class that works every muscle through movement and breath. Class is a slow to moderate pace and always beginner friendly.
